Shipping Procedure

Order fulfillment time is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3 days
Shipping time: 5-10 days

Shipping methods: Depending on the country, packages are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that we have started processing it. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Once processed, the order will be shipped, and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

The total order fulfillment time is usually 6–9 business days (Monday – Friday).

Daily cut-off time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM (CEST) will be processed the next business day.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Poland and the USA.

Delays

If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, don’t panic. Please wait up to 2 additional business days (Monday to Friday) and remember to use the tracking code. If the shipment still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@dekorzaly.com

Please contact us as soon as possible, as cancellation is not possible once the order has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In rare cases of receiving damaged or incorrect products, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please send photos showing the issue to info@dekorzaly.com

We will promptly review the case and ensure you receive the correct and undamaged product.

Shipping Method

Orders within Poland are delivered through our trusted logistics partners: InPost, Poczta Polska, DPD Polska, and GLS Polska.

Orders within the USA are delivered via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

The exact delivery method may vary depending on the shipping address and the selected shipping option.
