Start the return process
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return products without giving a reason. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
To start the return process, contact us at info@dekorzaly.com – make sure the products are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Then carefully pack them and send them back using a trusted courier service.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should cover the shipping costs. The exact amount depends on the courier service you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer does not bear the shipping costs.
Return process
Contact us first: Send an email to info@dekorzaly.com with your order number and reason for return. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Follow the instructions: After your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
Pack the product well: Make sure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transport.
Return shipping costs: The customer pays for return shipping
Refunds
After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. Once the return is approved, the funds will be refunded to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want to exchange a product? No problem! Contact us at info@dekorzaly.com, providing details about the product you want, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Order cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at info@dekorzaly.com. After 12 hours, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can return the package after receiving it according to our return policy.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help! Take a photo of the issue and send it to info@dekorzaly.com
We will make sure you receive the correct or replacement product.
