If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must cover the shipping costs. The exact amount will depend on the courier company you choose.

If, due to our fault, the goods received are damaged or do not comply with the order, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.

Start the return process

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for any reason. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@dekorzaly.com . Please ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Then, carefully package them and return them via a trusted courier.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return process

Please contact us first: Send an email to info@dekorzaly.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Follow the instructions: Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.

Pack the product well: Make sure the product is packed properly to prevent damage during transportation.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

Changed your mind and want to exchange a product? No problem! Contact us at info@dekorzaly.com with details about the product you'd like to receive, and we'll walk you through the exchange process.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at info@dekorzaly.com . Cancellations are no longer possible after 2 hours. In this case, you may return the package upon receipt in accordance with our returns policy.
