Start the Return Process
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return products without giving a reason. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
To start the return process, contact us at info@dekorzaly.com — make sure the products are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Then carefully pack them and send them back using a trusted courier.
Please note that return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If the return is the customer's decision, the customer should cover the shipping costs. The exact amount will depend on the courier you choose.
If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer will not be charged for return shipping.
Return Process
Contact us first: Send an email to info@dekorzaly.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Follow the instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Pack the item well: Make sure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transport.
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. After the return is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want to exchange a product? No problem! Contact us at info@dekorzaly.com with details about the product you'd like to receive, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at info@dekorzaly.com. After 12 hours, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may return the package once you receive it, in accordance with our return policy.
Refused or Uncollected Parcels
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel on time, additional costs may apply. If a refund is granted, it will not be the full amount — it will be reduced by shipping and handling costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we're here to help! Take a photo of the issue and send it to info@dekorzaly.com
We'll make sure you receive the correct or replacement product.
